Qurious Mind led Robotics team that included students from Shantiniketan School, VIBGYOR High, Kolhapur and SGI had a successful outing at 6th National Jr. Robocon 2019 held at Pandharpur on 11th and 12th January 2019.
In Category D ('Technology in Sports') Team comprising of Paddam Doshi, Vedant Pawar, Soham Kadam, Animesh Sankpal and Aditya Patil bagged Silver medal for their 'Smart Shoe' project, while Team comprising Jjateen Gundesha, Shrunal Gargate, Hriday Samani and Yashodutt Patankar (Shantiniketan School) received a special prize for their impressive efforts buidling the 'Free-Kick Enahancer' project.
Shubh Mehta (Shantiniketan School) and Arjun Khamkar (SGI) secured third position in Category C (bowling robot) finals. Shreyas Gaikwad, Sarvadnya Potdar and Arnav Bendaikar (Shantiniketan School) lost in semifinals.
Three students (Avadhi Gundesha and Harshvardhan Rote of Shantiniketan School and Hitarth Shah of VIBGYOR High, Kolhapur) from Category B reached Second round. Hitarth went on to round 3 where he lost out a nail biting match.

Qurious Mind organised Robotics Exhibition for the straight second year at Shantiniketan School, Kolhapur. This is the only Robotics Exhibition at Kolhapur. It gave the students of Robotics Lab at Shantiniketan School; a chance to showcase their learning. 
The theme for the year was Dholakpur Robotic City. It featured the remote controlled Robots created by 4th and 5th standard students using Qurio Spark Robotic Kit. The exhibition was flooded by viewers who were left wanted for words to describe the amazing experience they had.
This year we have split the exhibition into remote controlled robots and automatic Robots. The automatic robots would be exhibited next month in another grand exhibition.

 Qurious Mind conducted Four Training in April 2017. Two of the same were part of the VIBGYOR, Kolhapur Summer Camp while two more were conducted at the Qurious Mind facilities in Kolhapur. 18 students attended the Robotics Construction Level 1 Training at VIBGYOR, Kolhapur. Robotics Programming Level 1 Training was conducted at Qurious Mind facilities where children learned the basics of programming and programmed from simple motor functionalities to the functions such as Line Follower, Edge Avoider etc. using sensors. Unique feature of the program was the use of Arduino Libraries which are part of the Qurio Fire Autonomous Robotic Kit. 

Qurious Mind also conducted first of its kind Android App development training for school children. Children made three Apps and learned to make many more using single screen Apps, Multi-screen Gaming App and use of Orientation sensor.

​Qurious Mind finished the #Summer2015 on very high note. It was tiring yet very satisfying summer. @QuriousMind trained 50% more children this summer over last summer. The #RoboticsWorkshop student count increased by 200% over the last summer. The creativity was at its best as Children created whooping 14 new designs. Qurious Mind conducted #RoboticsTraining at 5 locations in Pune. In addition to conducting Robotics Training in Pune, Qurious Mind also travelled to Kolhapur, Jaysingpur and to Silvassa this summer. There were a lot of first times for Qurious Mind this summer. These included a Robotics Training batch for children below 7 years age, a girl power batch, Robotics Workshop outside Maharashtra, Launch of our own Qurio REaCH kit, and Robotics Training exclusively for residential societies.

​24 Feb 2015 witnessed the conclusion of Enhanced Learning Program, at Kalmadi Highschool, Aundh, for academic year 2014-2015. An year long program included level 1 #RoboticsTraining conducted by #QuriousMind, tailored for school requirements. Attended by 26 students, the program involved basics of Mechanical and Electrical engineering. and design methodology. Students learned the concepts through practical approach by applying the techniques learned, to create various challenging #Robots. Every team created 10 Robots throughout the year, based on different problem statements and themes. Every Robot was unique in terms of design and achieving a specific movement. Children also learnt Visualization Techniques, which is an integral part of Design Methology. The journey at #KSH; which started with #RoboticsWorkshop culminated into a full fledge systematic #RoboticsTraining program. The Robots created and skills & techniques aquired during the program, were demonstrated on 24 Feb 2015, in a mega event involving entire school. The event involved demonstration of all activities being taught under the umbrella of ‘Enhanced Learning’ which included Robotics, Skating, Dance, Taekwondo and Western Music to name a few. All children and staff was impressed with the fully functional and visually appealing Robots created by students of Enhanced Learning #Robotics batch 2014-2015.
