Nurturing urge to Create We are born with immense creativity. As an infant we find our ways to communicate even when we cannot talk. The creativity in us diminishes as we grow, largely due to social norms and security concerns. Qurious Mind believes that if we are able to light up the spark of creativity at this age, we may see more and more creators. Mission Make Robotics accessible and affordable to every child Today’s children are technology savvy. Qurious Mind felt that Robotics will struck a right chord with children. In addition Robotics is the technological future. But Robotics today is limited to affluent class due to the cost involved. If we have to take Robotics to young kids from all strata then it has to be made affordable. Thus Qurious Mind took the first mission to ‘Make technology accessible and affordable to every child’. Values Qurious Mind believes that every idea is valuable and great ideas can come from any corner. Qurious Mind also believes that the best way to grow is by sharing and strong bonds are developed with courteous behaviour. Thus formed the core values of Qurious Mind

Flt Lt Manoj Jamsandekar (retd.)

‘Qurious Mind’ is founded by Flt Lt. (retd.) Manoj Jamsandekar to pursue his passion of helping kids to ‘Create’.
Flt Lt Manoj graduated from Walchand College of Engineering and joined elite Indian Air Force. After serving Indian Air Force for 8 years as officer in charge of Launchers in PECHORA missiles, Manoj spent another 10 years in IT industry with Global majors like IBM, HCL. Flt Lt Manoj believes that the secret of his success lies in letting people around him to come with ideas without restricting them with his own ideas. He has based his entire career on ‘sharing’ as he believes that we do not grow if we do not share. These life principles of the founder are translated into the values of Qurious Mind. |

Mr. Abhay Joshi

Abhay is a well-known industrialist from Kolhapur who specializes in production of hydraulic, pneumatic and automobile parts. He has over 30 years of experience in manufacturing sector. His proprietary company Vandana Industries is known for high quality assurance standards and has successfully performed numerous critical machining operations under his direction. He joined Flt Lt Manoj as he carries same passion of empowering children to create. His experience in manufacturing will be key in the Robotics Kit manufacturing.

Nutan Jamsandekar
|
Nutan joined Qurious Mind as Technical Advisor when Qurious Mind started working on the Catalyst Lab Program. She has over 15 years of IT experience in Oracle technologies and project management. She has worked with IT majors like KPIT and IBM India. Nutan has experience of working with clients across globe. She has shown great versatility in adapting to new tools and technologies.
Her experience in IT was vital in designing Junior Coder program. Nutan now works full time with Qurious Mind and has shown exemplary skills in simplifying IT for children. |
