Brain Development Centre
|
Brain development centre works on the philosophy of developing the pattern recognition skills in early childhood. Pattern recognition skill is the most important skill as it is vital for succeeding in any field of life.
Pattern recognition process starts at observation. Observing carefully can help recognise a pattern in things. The pattern needs to be memorised by the brain so that it can be retrieved as and when required. Finally motor skills are required when we want to act upon. Every phase in itself requires use of different skills. Hence it is important to work on all skills and not just a particular. BDC does this through the medium of puzzles. Children solve different Puzzles or play different games aimed at specific skills. Puzzles are of different types ranging from worksheets to physical games. |
BDC works on development of various skills in early childhood. Skills covered range from Visual, Memory, Logical and Analytical to Motor skills.
Skill wise distribution of puzzles is shown in adjacent figure. Figure below shows the distribution of puzzles as per the different intelligence identified in Howard Gardner's Multiple Intelligence Model. |
