Qurious Mind in association with Lokmat Pimpri Chinchwad organized a Demo session on ‘How to make a Robot?’ for members of Bal VIkas Manch. The workshop was held at SNBP School, Morwadi. The workshop received a huge response with 100+ children joining the workshop. Qurious Mind Managing Director Manoj Jamsandekar and Nutan Jamsandekar conducted this session.
Manoj Jamsandekar covered the History of Robotics and showed videos of various Robots created by the Qurious Mind students. These videos gave a confidence to every child that even they can make Robots which are hiding in their minds for some time.
As a part of ‘How to make a Robot?’ children were taught when, how and why to use various Mechanical components like Gears, Pulleys and Levers. Manoj Jamsandekar then demonstrated assembly of a Robot using the concepts taught.
Children were then provided an opportunity to operate the Robots. It was heartening to see the smile on faces of these 100+ children when they were operating the Robots.
