This Privacy Policy provides details on the collection, use, disclosure and transfer of your information by Qurious Mind and/or its subsidiaries and/or affiliates, which operates the mobile application called QuSPORT. This Privacy Policy forms part and parcel of the Terms of Use for this Application
As we update, improve and expand the App Service, this policy may change, so please refer back to it periodically.
The Company respects the privacy of the users of the QuSPORT mobile application and is committed to reasonably protect it in all respects.
This Privacy Policy will apply to QuSPORT mobile application usage.

Data Collection

• QuSPORT does not collect any data in any form. It just lets you access YouTube videos related to the selected subject using YouTube mobile App already part of your Apps on phone.

Authentication and Security

• QuSPORT mobile App does not need any authentication by itself and hence does not need any personal information from the user. It just acts as a facilitator to list a set of video links pertaining to a particular YouTube channel.

• Any personally identifiable information provided by you on YouTube will not be covered by QuSPORT privacy policy. Further, any reviews, comments, posted by users on Application Store (like the Play Store) becomes published content and is not considered personally identifiable information subject to this Privacy Policy.

Data Storage and Backup

• QuSPORT does not collect / store any user data with it. The data stored regarding the favourite list is on the user phone and hence retention of this data is not responsibility of QuSPORT.

• You may contact us through our official email address provided on App store for any queries, suggestions related to QuSPORT. We will make our best attempt to respond to you in reasonable time.

Data Security

• We do not outsource data to any other company.
• We do not integrate with any third party or service so there is not data sharing with any third party service or product.
• We do not save any device information like hardware model, hardware details, software module, and software details.
• We do not store location of users.

User Data Sharing

• We do not collect / share any user data.

Analytics

• We do not collect any data and hence do not perform data analysis.

Updates / Changes

• We reserve the right to change the terms of this Privacy Policy at any point of time. Any changes we make will be effective immediately on notice, when we post the new Policy. Users are advised to review this Privacy Policy time to time.
